If that shot of Golovkin is any recent, it's a good sign. Abel let him get way too out of shape between fights these past couple years and it did him a huge disservice. He and Banks will actually be able to work on stuff in camp instead of whatever the hell he did with Abel. I got a feeling Golovkin might get Derev out of there with a body shot.

Derevyanchenko is strong and tough. I get a feeling this might be a FoTY. The Culcay fight was not a great look for Derevyanchenko, but he gave all the top fighters he faced a very tough fight. Still, I think Derevyanchenko is learning more and more. If Golovkin stops this version, he's back in top form. I think Derevyanchenko is a lot tougher and better than when he faced Jacobs.

He's strong and tough for sure but the way he keeps his guard high and tight leaves a lot of openings to the body. Golovkin went to the body beautifully against Rolls and it's what set up the KO because Rolls was completely sapped from the body shots. I've always said that guys can't take a sustained body attack from Golovkin. I've watched every fight of his and it was his body work that did the most damage. Chenko isn't seeing the final bell if Gennadiy digs like that. Should be a good indicator of where Golovkin is at though.

A few years too late, but DAYUM !

I'm going with Golovkin via decision. His experience is just too great & his bag of tricks too large.

Sergiy so tough, hard to put down. He obviously has enough power to take out Golovkin, but if he's smart he'll be wary of Golovkin's body attack, (as Muff mentioned) and so will try to use his slight youth and speed advantage, fighting from mid-range. But Golovkin has all those angles at his disposal, and incredible ring generalship, even today.

It's a safe bet that this fight won't be a dance contest. Boy Howdy ........
