10 weeks, 10 pounds

Created this to kick off another period of holding myself accountable.

Just weighed myself at 164.8lbs. Heaviest I've been since I started dropped the weight / being healthy about 2-3 years ago.

Aiming for loss of 1 pound per week over next 10 weeks.

I haven't been in a boxing gym for years (wasn't any good anyway) and other than jump rope my exercises have nothing do with the sport.

Plan ride some sportives next year for first time so that's the long-term goal at the moment.

I'll weigh myself on a Sunday morning and post up exercise / food summary as I go.

Day 1 ticked off. Food on point.

Realigning my goals already. Want get to 18mph pace. Managed 15mph, but only short distance - get up earlier to get more time / miles in.

Did shoulders & arms in gym. Born with zero size in both departments sadly so long-long-term goal.

Ran out food at work. Went shopping, result gone over limit today. Fail. Have pull it back rest of week... great.

15.5 pace & worked back.

Had strawberries, tomatoes, chicken, bun less burger... all nice but much rather have a curry.

Exercise side all good.

Felt like an Ethiopian Friday morning so skipped the ride. Had a curry last night and still on food limit

161.4 just now.

Stayed clear of the road since last post as too dark in mornings now.

Doing okay with food, scheduled weekend meals so stop letting it go with snacks. And tried German volume training which is a killer!

Only in gym 4 times a week at moment due other commitments.

Did GVT on shoulders today - felt used right weight (struggled last few sets) but if they don't kill when wake up I'll be upping weight next week somehow.

Legs took till yesterday feel good again. Hamstrings needed stretching out. Only 3 days can get to gym this week, so did 10 x 10 push ups yesterday - chest aches today.

Squats again tomorrow. Aim get out on bike for 30 mins after work as light gone completely in mornings now.

Weighed myself, 165 again!!!? Haven't counted my macros but felt haven't eaten no more than maintenance so bit of a bummer / reality check.

Agreed with wife no takeways / eating out / deviating from weekly food plans for next 12 weeks... and at the end get a binge day.
