what are you trying to do?
lose weight? build muscle?
Well done on losing all that weight. No mean feat, particularly in what is a fairly short period of time.I started the year off at around 120kgs, now I'm down to 105kgs.
I only eat between 12pm and 8pm.
I run every night, 10 laps of a football field.
I eat meat, fruit and veg.
What diet or routine are you on matey?
its been boring and a little soul destroying but ive stuck to it and its fallen off.Well done on losing all that weight. No mean feat, particularly in what is a fairly short period of time.
Unless you really like running, you could vary the exercise a bit. It may keep you more interested / less bored, and if you get a leg injury - and it is highly probable at some point you will - it would be handy to have a plan B to fall back on.its been boring and a little soul destroying but ive stuck to it and its fallen off.
12pm - 2 pork steaks with fried eggs on top and fruit
2.30pm - 2 pieces of chicken and fruit
5pm - Dinner (meat and veg)
7pm - Run (10 laps of a football field)
8pm - 2 soft boiled eggs and fruit
10pm - Sleep
I've been sticking to that, 7 days a week, since the 1st of Jan and its working for me...
Yep, the weight loss will plateau at some point and I will need to mix it up once that comes.Unless you really like running, you could vary the exercise a bit. Not only does weight loss eventually plateau when doing the same thing all the time, so does body strength and endurance.Yep, the weight loss will plateau at some point and I will need to mix it up once that comes.
Used to train jiu jitsu for years but tore my pec and never got back into it...
