Wasn't that impressed by the chargers tonight.

Ravens were God awful. I can't see chargers beating the pats.
I think the Ravens are just a bad style matchup for them. The Chargers have a lot of fast and dynamic players on their team (on both sides of the ball), but I think they're lacking a bit in size/muscle, which makes a pure muscle/power team like the Ravens a real challenge for them.

Well, now Vikes and Bears fans have something to bond over:

:smile

Meanwhile, I think the other NFC teams (especially the Rams) are breathing sighs of relief at not having to face the Bears' D this post-season.

So what are the predictions for next weekend's NFC games?

Can Dallas follow in the footsteps of the Bears and Eags to stifle the Rams' offense?

Will Eags-Saints be a high-flying shootout or a grinding, low-scoring defensive battle?

If I'd have tried a little harder and thought a bit longer I may have gone 0-4 this past weekend. Need to up my game for the next weeks picks.

Good show by @errsta and @Marc Goat for going 4-0. Farging bastages....................................
The only pick I had any real confidence in was Indy. The rest I could see going either way.

Figured I'd put one west coast team down for losing on the road. Toggled back and forth between Seattle and Chargers until Saturday morning..finally went with Seattle to blow it on the road. That is literally the only reason I picked the Chargers..just to pick one west coast team to lose/one to win. Picked a loser and settled on a winner.

Went with Philly because they've been playing to stay alive for a couple of weeks now. They've had the playoff mindset in place.

Next week:
Colts (Andy Reid playoff special in 3...2...)

Rams (though Dallas has the two things you WANT to take into the postseason: legit running game + legit defense. I just think Rams can score enough to put Presscott in a position to lose the game for Dallas)

Patriots (I'm not as confident in this one. Chargers have a much, much better roster. Just seen it too many times before. At this point, cheering for Brady & Co. to pile on to that ridiculous legacy)

Saints (though, yeah...Foles has me sweating a bit. Fun fact: both QBs from same Austin TX high school [Westlake].)

Am I the only one who likes the Eags' chances against the Saints? We've seen some defenses (Dallas, Panthers, Steelers) slow down or outright stymie the Saints offense in recent weeks (even in NO), and I question whether resting starters for more than a week is actually an advantage.

They are hot for sure. Thing is the saints play defense too. I think they are the most complete team going right now

1 thing I can't stand about American Football. Moore sacks Mahomes on 3rd down, does a fucking a stupid dance to celebrate. You are down 17 points in the 4th quarter in the most important game of your season, you fucking Muppet.

KC's defense was shocking tonight. Colts' D actually shut down KC for most of the 2nd half (until that TD now), but Luck & Co. just never capitalized.
