Bit of a shit comment from Whyte there. Povetkin was contracted to give him a rematch, but probably not to have it so dangerously close to the first.

If he has done some shenanigans I won't hold it against him. Povetkin took some big shots and Whyte was poleaxed. The only reason it was so soon was to give them leverage over Fury. Why would povetkin care about that.

Smart move by Povetkin if that is indeed the case. Hopefully he comes in the best shape possible and repeats his victory.

Yep with the delay and Wilder mediation etc, zero chance WBC call their mandatory until 2022 which is fantastic. Need Ruiz to fix up and get himself in the ring again.
