was really hoping ruiz was going to come in better shape, but maybe their playing the same card as last time just appear to be out of shape and not a threat and then come fight night he brings it to AJ

Ruiz seems pretty sound there. Can imagine him being dropped in from bygone eras with that kind of respective yet honest type chat.

Thought AJ looked really nervous.

Think it was more to do with that speech he just made rather than anything else. Looked like the best man at a wedding.

There is no point, it is clear at this point Ruiz has no intention of honouring his contract (he already agreed by signing for the first fight). I expect that he'll fight Wilder in Feb/Mar and winner will fight Fury in Autumn 2020. EH may try and sue him but I doubt any american court will uphold the contract as it an american vs a foreigner. AJ should retire if this happens but I feel he won't, I would guess the likely opponent would be Whyte if he is cleared as that would be a big domestic fight which could yield big money. Otherwise maybe Usyk who is with Matchroom also and wants to build towards a title shot but he'll have to leave EH if he wants the title shot as Heyman won't allow his fighters to give Matchroom another chance at the titles.

EH should start campaigning the IBF to strip Ruiz so AJ can fight Pulev for that title maybe? That might give him something to go for rather than just a bunch of money fights that lead nowhere.
Well clearly Ruiz is honoring his contract because he will defend his belts against AJ in of all places Saudi Arabia. Ruiz did manage to get a slightly bigger split of the booty though and rightfully so.

As for AJ retiring. Not an option according to him :

"As long as I have breath in me I will keep on fighting for the passion of boxing," said Joshua.
