I do. 3 or 4 times a week for the last 2 years. 15 hours or more... usually 16 hours. Only drinking water.

It´s not something that will make you superman like some people might make you believe.

I usually do a 24 hours fasting every 2 months too, which helps even more.

I think the best thing that can do is that it improves your immune system, I didn´t get sick not even once in the last 2 years, nothing..
Also, improves your testosterone levels very much! That I can notice for many reasons.
Those are the real benefits.

I guess you can lose weight too but I was never overweight so not sure if that changes... I guess it does for obvious reasons since you are eating less. Right ?

Like I said, I don´t think it´s something that would change anyones lives....
If you drink alcohol, or smoke and don´t workout regularly, fasting won´t change shit, you shouldn´t botter doing it.

Isn't that what going to bed and waking up is? first meal of the day is called breakfast (break from fasting??) no?

I know guys like Terry Crews swear by it (intermittent fasting that is)
Yeah...but some argue for a weekly 24 hour fast....

Others just say the fast has to be longer than 12 hours...like 14.

So if you eat your last thing at 8 pm... go to bed at 11...wake up at 7....you don't eat till say 2 pm.

Minimum fast should be 16 hours.

Show dem balls bro
My co-worker does the water fasts. He does the 5-6 day fasts at a time. He states that it only messes with him for about the first 48 hours and by the end of the third day his hunger is suppressed and his body feels good, clarity of mind, etc. He supplements vitamins during this time and has one intake of water per day with sea salt to help with water retention. He does them like once every three months or so. He's probably lost 35 pounds or so in the last year.

yes, with great results. I've had a ton of friends and colleagues jump aboard with almost 100% success.

16 hours each day with water only.

if your'e a fat fuck, you will drop 20-30lbs within the first few months. no bullshit.

if youre not a fat fuck; youll still see some of the benefits listed above- plus mental clarity.
the gut - brain connection is real and breaking down food slows your mind down.

you will also begin to make wiser food decisions because your awareness of how shitty certain choices make you feel become obvious.

the first few days are a bitch, but once you get through that pavlovian conditioning it becomes routine and easy.

i wont go back and neither will you, if you're not a weak ass soft pudgy pussy and see it through.

Ive recently hit a weight range I'm happy with and have unintentionally cut it back fasting to a couple days per week. Naturally IF curbed my eating habits and relations with food. On off days I don't stuff my stomach at all anymore and only take in what I need just without the time restriction. Still prone to junk just less of it now.

I can see myself setting a new goal soon enough and getting back on band wagon maybe trying OMAD.

I do yeah. You have to be vigilant while fasting though, as even chewing gum can break your fast. I never considered this until reading into properly. Literally the only thing which enters my body is water. 16 hours is considered the best duration to get the benefits of fasting. I occasionally (generally 1-2 times per week) go 20-24 hours a day of fasting. As for my schedule, it all depends how I feel. If I end up eating late and don't finish eating until 9:30pm to 10pm, I will go without food until mid afternoon, making sure I get in at least 16 hours of fasting.
