Yeah...but some argue for a weekly 24 hour fast....Isn't that what going to bed and waking up is? first meal of the day is called breakfast (break from fasting??) no?

Ive recently hit a weight range I'm happy with and have unintentionally cut it back fasting to a couple days per week. Naturally IF curbed my eating habits and relations with food. On off days I don't stuff my stomach at all anymore and only take in what I need just without the time restriction. Still prone to junk just less of it now.yes, with great results. I've had a ton of friends and colleagues jump aboard with almost 100% success.
