Earlier today, it was announced that Lee McGregor signed an "advisory deal" with MTK. Well it was more than just that -- he has also cut ties with Cyclone Promotions.

Cyclone are down to three fighters...

This was a long time coming Lee has not been happy for ages, he will be under the same problems Chantelle suffered with Mcguigans. How long before Josh Taylor makes a move as I’m sure the other sharks will be having a sniff

I can see them doing everything they can to keep Taylor happy. And thankfully for them, he's already in the WBSS, so they don't have to do any work in terms of securing him any big fights (for now at least).

Have Channel 5 given up on Boxing? Hughie Fury is always 'injured' and Cyclone have how many fighters?
Cyclone are down to three boxers I believe, with their only headliner tied up with the WBSS.

I wouldn't be surprised if Hughie had an extended spell out of the ring.

If Channel 5 continue to show boxing, hopefully they give a different promoter a chance.

It's a shame in the sense they had an exciting stable and weren't scared to throw their fighters in the deep end. But it's what they deserve for the way they've carried on behind the scenes. Their bad reputation also ensures no boxer worth anything will sign with them again.

Sad but true. We watched the documentary shot in the runup to Frampton-Santa Cruz II, with Shane's wedding etc, and it all seemed to rosy on so many fronts. Fast forward a year and it was a shambles on all fronts! Sad stuff, but you reap what you sow.

The field to be reaped is rather large

Decent fighters still sign with Don King now!
