Nate Campbell v diaz - schooling at times
Casamayor v katsidis - terrific fight
holmes v holyfield - solid performance from holmes
Gomez v khan - seen as a gimme for khan but he ends up decking him and dragging him into a war
Moseley v margarito - they thought shane was done but he comes back to smash the no1 welterweight
Casajello v sturm
And my personal favourite skelton v dallas
Yes Skelton brutalised Dallas streetfighting style.

Lucas browne beat richard towers up in similar way.battered him over the ropes.

Jhonny Gonzalez banjo'ing Abner Mares in a round. Mares was being touted by some as a future p4p'er and Jhonny was to be just another name on his record.

I'm a huge Mares fan but that loss took a lot out of him. Ducked a rematch aswell if i remember rightly

Hopkins v Pavlik is one of the main ones for me. Everyone thought he was done at that age but he was quicker, smarter and classier than Pavlik all night. Still had a few years left in him after too.

Not at world level but one for me was Darchinyan vs Del Valle. Del Valle was looking like a serious prospect to me but was battered by Vic. His career has gone nowhere since

Skelton vs Dallas was a weird fight, surely those ropes should’ve been tighter and the ref shouldn’t have just let Dallas hang there like a bit of laundry. Fucking hilarious though.

George Foreman - Michael Moorer has to be up there.

Hopkins - Kovalev, despite Hopkins never getting the W he was ace that night, and he was 49. Kovalev was 31. Most people aged 25 don't have a body as good as a 49 year-old Bernard Hopkins.

Wlad v AJ although be came up short

Froch v Groves in the Wembley rematch, he bossed it from the first bell
That's a good shout, another one. Carl Froch was 11 years older than George Groves. Just leathered Groves, controlled the fight from the get-go.

Serious question for everyone on here though, did anyone know the attendance at Wembley Stadium that night? Carl never told us, did he?

Manning Galloway at 43 beating the 20 year old Ricardo Williams jr.
Williams was a star of the 2000 Olympics was paid $1.5 million signing on bonus by Top Rank when turned pro.

Williams spent the money in a year ended up having a wasted career did a stint in prison and ended up broke. Ironically Williams grew up in the same Gym as Adrian Broner.

Virgil Hill at 42 beating Valery Brudov for the WBA Cruiserweight title.

Can't really remember the fight but always remember Brendan Ingle comment on Otis Grant defeating Ryan Rhodes - " He old-manned him out of it".
