Is Boxrec renowned for be unrealistic in their ratings?

Below are the top 14 rating all time P4P (not top ten because I wanted to include Ali who is #14). Boxrec ratings have always struck me as quite out of touch. Ezzard Charles , greatest P4P of all time, really?

Ezzard Charles is pretty much a de facto #10 P4P ever, but yea Boxrec's ELO system has its flaws.

Wait, no Roberto Duran, Carlos Monzon, Rocky Marciano, Willie Pep-----------------

Who makes these polls?
It's computerised, and doesn't work.

There isn't enough regular competition for electronic ranking to work in boxing. It's not like tennis or golf where everyone competes against each other all the time.

Exactly.

Also, there is no strict definition for "P4P," which make it all the more ridiculous, even without computers.
