he has half a point

the fact that the nation is OK with people being killed over 'drugs' by the cops is a disgrace

either way,the cops didnt need to be there in the middle of the night smashing down a door

Id shoot too at them too................
I agree. This had a high likelihood to end in this fashion. 10am. 6pm. Any time but the middle of the night would have likely brought about a different result.

These calls are pretty basic but the wrong one is often made. Incompetence? Bloodlust?

I'd go with the former. But, I'd also throw professional arrogance in the mix too.

the 'reason' is irrelevant as far as the result goes,eh?

the fuckers were wearing body cams

they lied and said they were not

they have not,of course, released any footage

that alone should get them life in prison

AFTER THE FACT they tried to cover it up

Doesnt fit your narrative huh?

Clearly you just like unrest and of course "fuck whitey".
I'm pretty sure steviebruno was a black, religious conservative. I guess he's falling into that TDS shit that's gotten everyone. I remember Bachafag used to call him a coon because of it. Now he's all fuck the police and fuck whitey all of the sudden.

No, the reason is very important.

I did add 'professional arrogance' to that post. These cops often think they are untouchable because they mostly are. Also, they have completely lost sight of what their role is.

The whole issue of race, when it comes to police brutality is pointless and divisive, yet people cannot let it go. I stick by this 100%.
The numbers are often bullshit and racial/group profiling is an unavoidable and necessary evil. The fact that your cops continually murder, beat and harass citizens is the issue here.

Remove the race issue and the numbers defending these goons decreases. Hugely.

*and not all cops are bad and it's a very, very difficult job to be a cop in the US.

I ddint mention race

That said,do you think they try and execute the warrant in the same way if it was to be served on random rich white folks in a gated community?

I dont

anyway...................incompatence,'professional arrogance' or whatever,I dont give a single shit once the deed is done

they murdered an innocent woman and tried to cover it up

PS - did you see the vid I posted of the cop running his bike over the head of the guy down in the street?

where are the 'good cops' there?

a couple dozen of them and NOT ONE stepped up and arrested the guy for assault

Im tired of hearing about 'good cops' when they, again and again,DO NOTHING

or,worse, they all do SOMETHING like walk off the job because they guy who smashed open a 75 year old mans skull gets reprimanded..............

FUCK them

they are bringing this shit upon themselves

So that's essentially my problem with you. You will make half-assed statements about cops needing to be punished, then leap directly to the weakest, most obvious diversions from the actual issue. You may as well just lurk, because nothing you say holds any sort of weight.
Well you gave me 3 back to back dislikes so I had to make sure to come back and bust your balls..

But I do believe the War on drugs is a major issue though, it would also lead to less police interactions if we legalize the shit.

I wouldn't consider this the correct issue to beat the drums for legal drugs over. This is 100% about an innocent woman murdered in her apartment... her family mourns as her killers go free... during active protests against police brutality. We haven't learned a thing, even after all of this.

At least the cop that shot her was sent to prison.

Normally that would have resulted in him getting a paid vacation while they investigated themselves, given him a metal for bravery, and a pay bump.
He was only sent because he blasted so much some bullets went through the wall into the next apartment.

Violence erupts in Louisville after only 1 cop indicted in Breonna Taylor case — for shooting at neighbor’s apartment

Two Louisville police officers were shot Wednesday night amid protests that erupted after only one cop involved in Breonna Taylor’s death was indicted — his charges relating to the “endangerment” of her white neighbors.

lets hope they burn that fucking courthouse and police station to the ground
I agree, that this was ridiculous and those cops need to be held accountable. My question then becomes, those two Louisville cops that were shot, were they the two that weren't charged? If they weren't then these MF'ers are just as terrible as the fucking cops who killed Breonna. I don't understand why you guys think a crime is justifiable because another crime happened. If they want to kill someone, then kill the fucking cops involved and not just shoot up some random cop.

On one hand, of course you are completely correct.

On the other hand, it's gone beyond that point now. It's not a case of "a few bad apples". It's piece of shit cops, and could-be decent/good cops who routinely and inevitably enable the piece of shit cops to have a free hand to bully and oppress and attack and outright murder the public.

At this point, it seems like it's not a case of some criminals working within an organisation. It's a criminal organisation. Under RICO laws, if you are a member of a criminal organisation and that organisation commits a crime, then you are on the hook for that crime. Unfortunately, it seems these cops basically got RICOed. Expect more of that as more killer cops continue to walk free after murdering people on video and lying about it. :sad

And here is a guy who doesn’t understand laws and trials and I am starting to think he never will. I guess the prosecutor in the case should have just stood up and said we have protests going on and her family is upset so you have to convict.

The inability to understand laws and trials on this board always amazes me and I mean always. The ones who have rights during a trial is the defendants who are the cops. It doesn’t mater how the family or protesters feel.
The cops in this case were told to execute the search warrant. It was not their decision to go in so going on and on about your opinion that they should not be there is irrelevant in the trial. They were told to go in and it wasn’t breaking the law to do so.

They got shot at so they had the legal right to shoot back. There is no getting around that and a grand jury just made that clear again. Anyone who questions the cops shoot g back is being ridiculous.

The cops didn’t go in at 3 am as Goat keeps trying to claim. They went in about midnight and They saw lights on so they assumed Taylor was awake and they thought she was alone.

Again the ignorance of the law on this board is staggering. I don’t even know what people are protesting. Are they protests aimed at the jurors who just cleared them?

SO

The cops attacked the wrong house looking for someone who doesn't live there and murdered a woman in her bed

NO CHARGES FILED

Why?

Well, the cops were 'defending themselves' from Taylors boyfriend, who fired a shot from his LEGAL firearm as unknown people attacked his residence

In 'defense' they fired over TWENTY TIMES and hit Taylor FIVE TIMES

yall remember when 'libertarians' and 2nd amendment nuts like @Joe E would tell us they need guns to protect themselves against the 'state'?

they defending Walker here? or are they, instead, bitching about the protests after YET ANOTHER GROUP OF COPS ISNT CHARGED AFTER MURDERING A CITIZEN?

AN INNOCENT UNARMED SLEEPING CITIZEN

as a fun added fact Kentucky is a 'stand your ground' state where Kenneth Walker ,defending himself against unknown intruders, was arrested for it.............despite HAVING THE RIGHT TO DEFEND HIMSELF

unless its against the cops, apparently

good news is Trump thinks its a 'brilliant' decision

'Really brilliant': Trump praises Ky. prosecutor after no charges in Breonna Taylor's death

will the bootlickers excuse this and concentrate on the resulting protests instead?

or will they finally admit there is a fucking massive problem and NOTHING is going to solve it unless we act?
