I agree with you, cops tend to get away with A LOT, murder in this case. But the problem with people shooting random cops for no reason, in my opinion, is it makes cops anxious and that tends to lead to more problems. I also feel like people need to pick their fights better. Breonna IS a good reason why people should riot, but instead they choose to riot for people like Jacob Blake. Dude is a piece of shit, who didn't listen to cops and looked to reach for something in his car. He got shot because of his actions. People need to fucking realize that not all black person shot by cops is a victim. Choosing their battles wisely would lead to more favorable results in my opinion. On one hand, of course you are completely correct.
On the other hand, it's gone beyond that point now. It's not a case of "a few bad apples". It's piece of shit cops, and could-be decent/good cops who routinely and inevitably enable the piece of shit cops to have a free hand to bully and oppress and attack and outright murder the public.
At this point, it seems like it's not a case of some criminals working within an organisation. It's a criminal organisation. Under RICO laws, if you are a member of a criminal organisation and that organisation commits a crime, then you are on the hook for that crime. Unfortunately, it seems these cops basically got RICOed. Expect more of that as more killer cops continue to walk free after murdering people on video and lying about it.
This is not even complicated. How do you know.? You weren’t privy to all the facts and what not involved. You don’t know if people are lying.
OJ is completely innocent.
not the cops that were involvedI agree, that this was ridiculous and those cops need to be held accountable. My question then becomes, those two Louisville cops that were shot, were they the two that weren't charged? If they weren't then these MF'ers are just as terrible as the fucking cops who killed Breonna. I don't understand why you guys think a crime is justifiable because another crime happened. If they want to kill someone, then kill the fucking cops involved and not just shoot up some random cop.
Kelly ThomasAnd here is a guy who doesn’t understand laws and trials and I am starting to think he never will. I guess the prosecutor in the case should have just stood up and said we have protests going on and her family is upset so you have to convict.
The inability to understand laws and trials on this board always amazes me and I mean always. The ones who have rights during a trial is the defendants who are the cops. It doesn’t mater how the family or protesters feel.
The cops in this case were told to execute the search warrant. It was not their decision to go in so going on and on about your opinion that they should not be there is irrelevant in the trial. They were told to go in and it wasn’t breaking the law to do so.
They got shot at so they had the legal right to shoot back. There is no getting around that and a grand jury just made that clear again. Anyone who questions the cops shoot g back is being ridiculous.
The cops didn’t go in at 3 am as Goat keeps trying to claim. They went in about midnight and They saw lights on so they assumed Taylor was awake and they thought she was alone.
Again the ignorance of the law on this board is staggering. I don’t even know what people are protesting. Are they protests aimed at the jurors who just cleared them?
you know what would have 'proved' you correct here? This is even complicated.
1- the cops had a legal right to be in the house. They actually had a warrant signed by a judge.
2- seeing how they were there legally they had a legal right to shoot back if fired apon.
end of story.
Did Taylor’s boyfriend even disagree with what the cops said happened except for knocking? They had another witness who said they knocked.you know what would have 'proved' you correct here?
if they had turned in their body cam footage
but they didnt
instead they claimed they were not even wearing them
why did they feel the need to cover up what REALLY happened bootlicker?
because you keep telling us that the DAs decision has somehow proved them innocent of wrongdoingWhat do those cases have to do with this case?
you know what would have 'proved' you correct here?Did Taylor’s boyfriend even disagree with what the cops said happened except for knocking? They had another witness who said they knocked.
