If they are all turning it down Canelo might as well fight Eubank jnr... Entartaining fight while it lasts and interesting build up. Eubank snr will be in his element he was made for Vegas.
Just watched the interview, apparently callum knew about it but the offer was never taken serious so Joe wasn't informed, but then hearn says it wasn't a million miles away and Joe doesn't need to know as he's a trainer not a manager

Lol...poor Joe!

Looks like both those guys wants parity moneywise to what Danny Jacobs and Kovalev got.
Except both Jacobs and Kovalev are well known to the American market.

When he's negotiating ajs opponents purses, he gives them a shitty deal and says "its 3/4 times ur highest payday". Wheres that same energy now?

Hahaha bang on. BJS and Smith are nobodies and don’t pose much of a threat either.
Canelo vs Plant would be an excellent fight though.

It pisses me off that people have stopped mentioning that Smith should be giving Ryder a rematch. I don't want him to get the canelo fight until that happens first. Smith brings nothing to the table vs Canelo, take whatever deal he can get because he is no position to call shots.
You're right.

If Smith fights anybody but Canelo or BJS, it should be Ryder. I've said that since the final bell.

That sounds good .... And since BJ Saunders has been ducking Andrade, he should'nt get the Canelo paycheck.

In fact everyone seems to be avoiding Andrade, Charlo dont want him GGG dont win.

Maybe he should get the Canelo fight. I think he will be cheaper then Smith and Saunders.

I wish there was a way Ryder could get the Canelo fight cant see that happening.

People have been saying Saunders doesn't want big fights, but he was happy to fight GGG in Kazakhstan in 2017, (not his fault it didn't happen).

I don't take to him as a person, but as a boxer he is one of the more deserving challengers out there. I hope this happens.

Smith should fight Ryder, but will probably face Jacobs instead.

Callum Smith was promised a Anfield fight this year, isnt that the reason he stayed with Hearn :yep

Amazing that Joe and Callum believed Eddie about Anfield

But they would either have to be up their own ass or stupid to think they would get canelo at anfield, and Gallagher doesn't seem enthusiastic about Saunders either so who is left that would fill it out?

A bit of both, Joe with the delusions of grandeur and Callum being dumb for believing in Joe.

Would need GGG or Canelo for Anfield, and its clear GGG will never fight at super middle.

Hearn is a manipulator, its very easy when your dealing with people who aren't the brightest in regards to business and common sense.

Smith's biggest problem is that he is incredibly boring. Most people haven't heard of him (the ever-lovely Mrs Templar watches fights a lot, has been to fights with me, yet yesterday I had to explain to her who Smith is), and now he also seems to have misplaced ego, calling out the money #1 and getting chippy about purses while coming off what most rate as a domestic loss. I have gone from finding Smith boring to disliking him, and can't see why Canelo would bother with him. The fight would be a tough sell, Canelo isn't short of name opponents or shots at other belts.

Respectively disagree with some of this. Smith despite arguably losing his last fight, is the legit world champion at 168lb and until he is officially Beat, he will bring that to the table, there are loads of world champions out there who arguably have lost fights yet kept their belts and its all forgotten the next fight. Callum won the tournament too, he's not hard to promote its just hearn and sky never used their hype machines, if smith was to fight canelo sky would make sure everyone wanted to buy it by the time the fight comes along

Dude, Callum Smith can’t sell out the Echo, he’s in no position to dictate to the biggest draw in boxing

Doesn't have to be the biggest draw in boxing, doesn't have to fight for peanuts either. Canelo has 3 options right now that are acceptable and callum is one of them. Not sure what fielding made for basically giving his belt up but Smith deserves more, I doubt he's asking for a crazy split
