Canelo is a great fighter and made an average fighter look terrible as great fighters tend to do. How you could say Canelo giving up 5 inches and 10 inches in reach looked average stalking and beating the fuck out of a lightheavyweight is beyond me.
Canelo wasn't really giving up any inch because Smith didn't use any of it to his advantage. It was like it wasn't there.

Yep. It's right in front of our eyes, and some fans still can't see it.

Mundo is leaving the division, so he doesn't care much about losing the title.
Millions in a secret bank account, on the other hand...
- Or just a guaranteed top opponent / huge payday at 175. It's easy to be corrupt.

Meanwhile, Golovkin gets fed a can of tuna, and GGG-Canelo becomes a guaranteed cash cow for Cinco De Mayo.

Easier said than done. Especially when you have a p4p elite fighter pressuring you nonstop, blocking and rolling with every shot you throw and just waiting for you to over commit so he can punish you with a hard counter.

WBC collaborating with their countryman to get him as many (paper) titles as possible with lower class Mexican boxing fans swallowing it gluttonously.
