10th May 2013 - First day back into exercising.

Press ups - 25, 25, 25, 25
Overhead press with resistance band - 5 sets of 15
One armed dumbbell floor press (8kg (I used 10kg for the first one but struggled too much lol at my weakness)) - 5 sets of 15 for each arm
Lunges holding 8kg dumbbell - 50 on left leg, 50 on right leg.
Wide grip push ups - 25, 25, 25, 25
Pull aparts with resistance band - 3x15
Ab work: 10 sit ups with 10 twists after each sit up. In total, 10 sit ups, 100 twists. Followed by 50 knee tucks and then 10 supermans.
Squats - 100.

Cardio: two 4 mile+ cycles, into work and back.

Now I'm going to go eat a bowl of porridge, have a shower and do some revision before cycling to work. Today will be a productive day. I will get drunk tonight also.

I feel like I could do a bunch more just now. I might do another work out when I get back from work before going out. Maybe. Mebs. Probably not. If I do I'll say in here.

So far today I have had a bowl of chocolate cheerios and a slice of banana cake. It was too tempting. Tomorrow I will have porridge.
This is like when [MENTION=132]brown bomber[/MENTION] had his comeback and listed his daily workouts and diet

First chunder of 2013. Had a kebab after going to clubs and spent 2 hours walking home. I think that the walk mixed with the fact I vomited it all up counters the kebab. Also, I am now off fast food, especially donar kebabs, forever.

2 mile walk home from a night out.

DIET: Breakfast:Cereal
Lunch: ryebread and a bagel with something on them can't remember.
Dinner: One slice ryebread, a tomato and spinach salad, one steak.
Drunken meal: One Donar Kebab that was later chundered all over my bed. Lots of alcohol to go with it. Alcohol included; Vodka, Whisky, Rum, Cider, Jager, Lager, Brandy and hooch.
