Usually a vaccine takes 10-15 years produced and ready for the public
Usually there's not a deadly airborne plague that is the most serious global health crisis since the Spanish Flu.

The fastest produced vaccine on record was the mumps vaccine and had taken 4 years

This covid19 vaccine had taken roughly 6 months (if you believe that).... No thanks and you are a complete retard if you don't even acknowledge that when deciding if you want to take it or not

For the first time in human history, the entire planet's medical institutions are virtually singularly focused on one project only - developing a working, safe vaccine as quickly as possible, with no regard to cost. This is the Manhattan Project of our time, except far bigger. And of course, medical knowledge and computing power is far advanced from when the mumps vaccine was developed in the....... 1960s.

What kind of a complete retard wouldn't acknowledge any of THAT? :patsch

I won't be surprised if we do see a 'Covid passport' in the future, even for going to pubs, concerts, sporting events etc.. It'd make sure everyone gets it and would probably help the economy too. If it helps us return to normal quicker, I'm all for it.
Until they actually do it, upon which you'll instantly start writing daily multi-paragraph rants about how they've fucked the implementation and gotten everything wrong, and nobody knows what the hell they're doing.

The pharmaceutical giant Pfizer agreed to pay $2.3 billion to settle civil and criminal allegations that it had illegally marketed its painkiller Bextra, which has been withdrawn. It was the largest health care fraud settlement and the largest criminal fine of any kind.

The Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Authority (MHRA) has paid Genpact UK a tender of £1.5m to develop an AI tool to sift through the high volume of reports of adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines.

The government contract states that the AI tool will “process the expected high volume of Covid-19 vaccine adverse drug reaction (ADRs) and ensure that no details . . . are missed.”

Agreements are being made surrounding the liability on pharmaceutical companies following any side-effects from a COVID-19 vaccine.
Unexpected side-effects are rare, but the speed at which coronavirus vaccines are being produced raises the risks.

No thanks..

Did you think that addressed anything of what I said, at all? Even a little bit?

Rediculous not to IMO.

But l'm happy to agree to disagree.
I can see Your point, it's one I'd have shared not so long back. I don't think vaccines should be forced on people, which it seems they're trying to do. The Oxford vaccine has already been proved not as effective as they originally stated, we already know they've put out false information, yet we are supposed to trust them to put shit in our bodies? Not for me.

You should be given one chance to accept the vaccine. If you refuse you get waterboarded. If you refuse a second time you get held down and it's injected straight into your nutsack.
That's bullshit. They might be like "well you gotta get it on Friday at blah blah blah" but I be having shit to so on Friday. So when I show up Monday to get the ol jab you telling me I aught to get waterboarded? C'mon son. That's over the top

Nah dude. Run away. Punch him in the dick. Push him off a cliff.
Ah, it was some random faceless goon that Goro killed earlier, prompting Shang Tsung to declare it a Flawless Victory!", even though the guy clearly landed half a dozen punches to Goro's torso and face. :thumbsup

You're from the US?

Like DB said... you're envy is understandable.

Our government reacted quickly. Acknowledged the seriousness of it all shut down temporarily and we're sweet.

Life is more or less back to normal here and we are healthy and safe with like 13 cases nationally that are all contacted traced and we know where they are. No community transmissions for weeks... while you yanks get thousands dying daily and it's out of control everywhere.

We've got a government who believes science mate. Vaccines work. We are gonna be all sweet
