Jokester (who is never actually funny) Lenny trying to get serious.Yeah, you're an ignorant, hysterical retard who can't even string a coherent sentence together, yet arrogantly acts like some sort of expert while being very quick to question the intelligence of others.
I don't think it depends on the daily death toll, it depends on the hospital capacity. Right now we have health care workers being furloughed because the hospitals are empty and there's no work to be done.Obviously it's not good that the number has risen, but is the number of new cases what you'd expect, or maybe higher or even lower? Now that the states are reopening - wrongly I think - what do you expect the number of daily deaths to be at in a fortnight and beyond?
I think America will suffer higher post-lockdown rates than other countries but I have no idea what the expected death toll will be in a few weeks time, so I'm curious as to what your predictions are.
As a last question, what do you think the daily death toll would have to reach in order to force another nationwide lockdown?
Here in CT even the police and road workers are not wearing masks....people are in denial and just going about their business.whats fucking killing me down here is that about half the fuckers out and about are not bothering with masks or any of that shit....................and those most likely to be doing it?

ffsHere in CT even the police and road workers are not wearing masks....people are in denial and just going about their business.
This weekend we supposed to get outdoor seated restaurants opened up, so it will be even more crowds....and I'm sure everyone grilling outside will be drinking and socializing like nothing happened.
Terrible decision, but what would have been a few alternatives?https://apnews.com/5ebc0ad45b73a899efa81f098330204c?utm_source=Twitter&utm_campaign=SocialFlow&utm_medium=AP
Blaming Trump for everything is getting boring. It's as if getting rid of Trump is the end all solution. No one wants to address other problems in our government like the incompetence of Cuomo and DeBlasio in NY. I would say about 30% of NY deaths are due to local government.
Utilizing open hospital beds? Many hospitals in the city and even the state we're not near capacity. I don't get how we send sick patients back to nursing home where the death rate is in the 20% range!Terrible decision, but what would have been a few alternatives?
They were sick with this shit and were sent away from hospitals ?Read the story. Many seniors were sent away from hospitals to nursing homes where they spread it and increase the mortality rate in seniors. This resulted in thousands of deaths due to mismanagement by the state of NY.
NEW YORK (AP) — More than 4,300 recovering coronavirus patients were sent to New York’s already vulnerable nursing homes under a controversial state directive that was ultimately scrapped amid criticisms it was accelerating the nation’s deadliest outbreaks, according to a count by The Associated Press. They were sick with this shit and were sent away from hospitals ?
Yes it´s true. But it was expected, the bigger the country is the bigger the number of people with this shit. Brazil is by far the biggest country in south america..vic how is it over in Brazil ?
I saw on dutch tv that infection rates are getting higher there and you’re president don’t seem to take it to serious ?
or is this not true ?
Thing with hospitals being "not near capacity" is that you can't expect hospital staff, already depleted in PPE supplies and personnel, to deal with full capacity hospitals, in which 90-95% of the patients are COVID (+). I've been on the end of some crazy assignments in my day and I could not imagine having 10 coronavirus patients to look after, or on-call physicians having 80-100 to oversee...Utilizing open hospital beds? My mother is a nurse a nursing home in NJ and they lost 20 out of 100 patients to Covid-19. This could have been avoided if they were treated in ICU beds instead of being sent back to the homes without being OK'd.
