There are rumblings 'Bud' Crawford vs Shaun Porter is in the works. Decent match up.

It makes alot of sense seeing Spence might take a year to come back properly, I think Crawford stops Porter he will walk into too many punches

Porter vs Spence again, but I don't see Crawford shaking off Porter's shots as easily.

Seems Porter is keen but not Crawford:

“That’s not a fight that I’m focused on right now or even worried about,” said Crawford to DAZN about a fight between him and Porter.

“I’m focused on other things right now. If we had to fight and if it made sense, then that would be a fight that we would both agree upon. But right now, I feel like that’s not something we should discuss right now, because there’s nothing on the table for me,” said Crawford.

Very likely going to move up and fight the Brazilian. I don't think Arum has a long term plan for Crawford at 147 since he has no one.

Understandable, but disappointing. It's not like there are many meaningful fights for him at 147 that he is likely to get.

He can't really afford to turn down good opponents, even if the risk reward is all wrong.

Oh, man. I knew Arum was bad but making Crawford get his azzhole waxed instead of making a good match for him is straight up sadistic, man. What's he think it's gonna do? Get him on People's sexiest or some nonsense?

I wouldn't say Porter took a beating. It was a close fight with a lot of action. Both guys ate a lot of shots.

You do have to think Porter's style will catch up with him eventually though. Pressure fighters traditionally don't have the greatest longevity.

Lol how did Porter take a beating, it was a tough fight but I had it even after 10.

Crawford/Porter would be a good fight but I see Bud winning easier than Spence did simply because he moves more while style wise Spence is more suited for Porter being that he likes to stand and trade and doesn't have to chase like he will with Crawford. Should still be a good fight though, Porter isn't an easy fight for anyone.
