That poster is fucking brilliant :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Look how theyve got Rivas taller than Whyte.

Cunts only 6 foot nothing and they're already trying to hide it.

Manchester, England
odd match-up in my opinion.
Rivas has no name in the UK for starters and there is no belt on the line. Rivas also has a good win in his last fight over a decent fighter in Bryant Jennings.
Risk vs. Reward in this fight doesn't really stack up for me, cant see it getting a huge buy-rate for a tough fight.

I think Dillian would have been better suited paying Charr to come over and take his WBA 'Regular' Title or facing a fellow London-based Olympian at the O2 in Joe Joyce and getting a rivalry started with him...

Povetkin is too risky obviously. They've put it back a week so won't be able to make it! FFS.

Lebedev vs Okolie
Allen vs Price
Edwards unification?

I reckon he'll put on a really good card for this.

I think Rivas will be a very tough fight. He smoked Jennings and has good stamina.

Yeah but he smoked him in the last round when he was losing, Ortiz stopped Jennings like 5 years ago when he was prime since then Jennings hasnt done anything

In relation to the offerings of sky and matchroom this last year that would be a great card. I'm surprised that so many here are shocked at the ppv status this has. It was always gonna be a ppv with Whyte because he is the only one outside of Joshua that they have that can draw any numbers now with the right opponent and undercard.

I see Whyte boxing to a decision anyway. Don't think it will be the walkover some suggest. Rivas is decent going by the things I've read, not actually seen him yet.

He was up on 2 of cards. 5 years ago Ortiz was a fucking good heavyweight, the fight before Jennings went 12 rounds with Wlad, that says more about Ortiz than about Jennings.

This is a really good fight and had it not been PPV everyone would be happy. There aren't many mandatories who take on undefeated contenders in any weight let alone HW where 1 punch can change a fight.

I'll wait for the undercard before I comment on the PPV as a whole.

Did you watch the fight? Jennings blocked everything Rivas looked sluggish and slow of course Rivas was ahead because he was their undefeated prospect, its a shit fight because Whyte is top 5 Rivas is barely top 10 id even put Miller, Kownacki, Andy Ruiz Jr above him, beating Jennings who barely fights anymore in the last round doesnt make you deserve a shot at a top 5 fighter

Yeh I saw the fight, it wasn't a great fight and it was close imo, I wouldn't argue with someone saying Jennings was ahead or someone saying Rivas was ahead. At the end of the day its a 12 round fight and Rivas won.

I would back Miller to beat him but that's if Miller's juiced up, not sure how good Miller is without PED's. Kownacki has no defence at all but that'd be 50-50 and a great fight, Ruiz isn't bad tbh but he's not even beat anyone as good as Jennings.

Whyte isn't a world champion, boxers don't need to earn a shot to fight him.
