You think its not pushing you enough? Try the Hal Higdon 8K/10K plans, theres 4 or 5 based on how often you want to run. The novice 10K plan looks good to me. You could do the first 5-6 weeks which would take you up to being able to do a 5 mile run on your race day.Also its about 6 weeks till the race and I'm thinking of scrapping the C25k plan, you got any reccomendations?
