Also its about 6 weeks till the race and I'm thinking of scrapping the C25k plan, you got any reccomendations?
You think its not pushing you enough? Try the Hal Higdon 8K/10K plans, theres 4 or 5 based on how often you want to run. The novice 10K plan looks good to me. You could do the first 5-6 weeks which would take you up to being able to do a 5 mile run on your race day.

Yeah, I'm not actually going to buy stuff.

And I can't do press-ups very well. :(

The chin up one is good as well. Just need a scaffolding pole at the right height and you're good to go.

GazOC is all about the guerrilla workouts.
The world is my gym!! Well, work is my gym actually.....always nice when you can waste your employers time doing stuff like this rather than your own.

I only tend to waste my employers time on here, I don't think doing press ups in the middle of the office would go down to well.

I will sell you a Motorola Razr for much less than I paid for it.
I had the Razr2... it sucked.

I have a Blackberry, but I don't really use the apps on it. The scientific calculator is only used rarely, XE.com has been used about twice, the Argentinian radio app doesn't work anymore, sadly.
