Fat Mick with two shows in two months!

The BBBoC European Championship Circular has revealed Dilmaghani will challenge current European super featherweight champion Ziani on April 25 in London.

It's a very good fight. Ziani is a quality operator, and Dilmaghani showed heart and ability in his battle against Francisco Fonseca back in November.

I thought Dilmaghani was lucky to get the draw against Fonseca. Yes it was a competitive fight and Dimaghani showed a lot of guts, but there's little doubt in my mind that Fonseca should've got the decision. And seeing how easily Fonseca was taken out by Garcia yesterday (he was rocked by a jab, and finished off with a left where Garcia was moving back and didn't land with full power) it looks to me that Dilmaghani is well short of what is required at world level. He doesn't have a decent level of power and will probably struggle to put decent opponents away. I've never seen Ziani, but I notice that he has never been stopped. Dilmaghani might beat him on points, but he will struggle against anyone at European level or above.

Ziani is a solid European operator. If Dilmaghani beats him without controversy, then I think it indicates he is European level at least.

That said, I make Ziani the favourite for this one.
