I can't believe Roc Nation is still a fucking thing! :rofl

I thought they got ran off boxing. No, I don't think he's making a move into the Chinese market. I don't think Zhang is going anywhere. Speaking of Chinese markets, what the fuck ever happened to Junlong Zhang!? I checked his BoxRec, and he hasn't fought since 2017!

Makes me a bit sad because I was hoping he'd be the truth. I mean he has impressive stoppages: Gavern, Ramirez, Dos Santos, and Arias.

Also, too bad Shiming wasn't the truth. It would've been nice to see more fighters out of China. Also, I just looked up Rex Tso. Whatever happened to him too. Tso was probably the most promising boxer coming out of China.

Tso had to retire because of a detatched retina or something. Same sort of situation for Shiming funnily enough (well it's not funny, but you know what I mean).

Maybe they finally caught on to Zhang and his, shall we say, questionable fights? :yep

I think Chinese boxing will become more prominent in the next 5-10 years. Shiming and Chaozhong Xiong both opened the door for boxing over there, and it's growing quite rapidly at the moment.

Zhilei Zhang's last fight in China took place in a half empty leisure centre and wasn't broadcast on Chinese TV. Things can change for sure (I'm no expert in how events work in China) but I don't think he's a great way to get into the Chinese market.

Zhang Jun Long gets far more press in China (his bouts aren't televised either but he makes news bulletins and is in the printed news once a week or so). He's been in training with Holyfield since his last fight, he was supposed to have a bout in Australia a few weeks ago but the opponent was refused a visa. I'd expect to see him in action soon and possibly outside of China.
