No man, you can't get elected legitimately having all of media under state control and suppressing any sort of opposition, no matter how small. Putin hasn't been legitimate for over a decade now. All of TV channels defend Putin on prime time day in and day out...and they consistently jail, beat up, and harass opposition. Its like saying african dictators are legitimate when if you don't vote for them they shoot you, so they have 90% ratings.
Bro, we are all supportive of sustainable energy, but it's not gonna happen overnight. Even more, Putins regime resisted any innovation and insists on using oil and gas because it's the industry they control. Musk is a twat plain and simple for giving this midget some spotlight.
If no one dares to speak freely to Putin, nothing's ever gonna change mate, and a country of that size and environmental impact that big, world can't wait till Lil'Man corks nor should we ignore large chunks of the planet on planetary issues, that's silly mate...
