Okay, but who wins Spence or Crawford?Seems like Mikey's PPV went to his head. The guy got booed in his own hometown, and his Showtime ratings fall under Broner's. He didn't bring anywhere near 400k buys on his own.
I think Crawford broke ratings for his fight with Benavidez at least.
Let's be clear, Crawford isn't going to be a draw at any point now. He's like Andre Ward in this regard, but I really don't think Spence Jr. is either. This fight will probably do solid numbers, though. I can see something in the 200-300K region. The purse split should be 50-50. It's a fair split.
Crawford had to carry two PPVs with Postol and Khan. Spence Jr. had a PPV with the already popular and well-follow Mikey Garcia and thinks he's now some PPV sensation? That's ridiculous.
I don't know anymore. They've both had their terrible moments. After the Benavidez fight, I was thinking Spence Jr. After the Mikey fight, I'm back to thinking Crawford.Okay, but who wins Spence or Crawford?
Hard to judge too much from the kahn fight, since Kahn is not quite as fast as he used to be.I'll take Spence, though I still haven't seen the Khan fight.
I think Spence will always commit hes an aggressive guy, Mikey managed to catch so many shots on his gloves something hes been doing for years but Crawford gets hit clean when he doesnt see them coming, dont think Spence can afford a chess match with Crawford he would get picked offHard to judge too much from the kahn fight, since Kahn is not quite as fast as he used to be.
At the same time, Kahn had the ball to engage Crawford, repeatedly, and we got to see Carwford staying calm under heavy pressure, yet still aggressive and accurate.
Having said that, Spence obviously hits a ton harder than Amir. - But that's whyI think we might see more of a chess match, with both fighters afraid to fully commit. That would suck, but f it happens, Crawford is by far the better boxer of the two.
