Got invited to a party after one of their gigs, Squire was doing lines of coke and churning out some classic guitar and a great time was had by all. Unfortunately I never made it as the missus was absolutely mullered and fell down some steps on the way there.anyone familiar with the seahorses - do it yourself ??
They are one of the shittest bands ever, mate. Of all the insipid, tuneless BritPop guff that infected my teenage years they contributed some of the most agonising, matched only by Space and Kula Shaker.anyone familiar with the seahorses - do it yourself ??
Not the Grinderman material, but I've pretty much everything by him. Can't believe he hasn't done a Bad Seeds album since Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!least you like nick cave...he's quality all the way...heard his recent stuff ??
what an album, I was going to post it earlier myself but dunno why I never, it's amazing, can't get enough of it
this album might just take the place of Liquid Swords for my favorite album of all time. The nostalgic feelings I get from listening to it are immense, almost too much. This really is a perfect album in my eyes, the best album of my adulthood.
The Ecstatic > Supreme ClienteleI'll put in my hip hop lot, seen as though I'm a mad hip hop freak.
I love countless albums in the genre, but at the moment there are basically 7 albums which for me are a cut above the rest-
Raekwon-Only Built 4 Cuban Linx
Ghostface Killah-Supreme Clientele
Wu-Tang Clan- Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)
Wu-Tang Clan- Wu-Tang Forever
I'm on the verge of swapping Supreme Clientele for The Ecstatic though, but don't want to commit to it because it's a big step for me.
