You keep saying he gets hit on the glove when the replays clearly show him get hit behind the ear and his body shuts down.I don’t think there’s a single person in this world (who isn’t mentally unstable) that thinks Floyd couldn’t half kill this poor kid in a round if he wanted to. Nobody is arguing that. It’s a terrible terrible mismatch.
However, some of the kids reactions to going down look very very suspicious. The first knockdown in particular looks ridiculous to me. Kid gets hit on the glove and goes for a ride, legs flailing all over the joint then five seconds later he’s totally fine.
Let’s not turn this into a scenario where people are acting like those who think it looks a bit dodgy are saying Floyd couldn’t ice this kid with ease. Because he obviously could.
What’s Wilder Fury got to do with this? You keep saying he gets hit on the glove when the replays clearly show him get hit behind the ear and his body shuts down.
Wilder - Fury was rigged too. Fury pretended to be asleep for 6 seconds and then gets up and wins the rest of the round. Terrible acting.
There's two replays. Both of which show Mayweather (Best of his era, two stone heavier, boxer) landing shots behind the ears of Tenshin (child, two stone lighter, MMA fighter). What’s Wilder Fury got to do with this?
I think you are getting the third and the first knockdown mixed up. The replay you pointed to me seemed to be the 3rd knockdown.
Still don’t understand the reference to Fury-Wilder. Completely separate fight, where there’s been no suggestion of a fix (rightly so) by anyone?
We’re going over old ground again here. There's two replays. Both of which show Mayweather (Best of his era, two stone heavier, boxer) landing shots behind the ears of Tenshin (child, two stone lighter, MMA fighter).
I'm saying Fury's reaction was unnatural. No way someone goes to sleep and then wakes up on steady legs and wins the round. This must mean it was fixed.
Looks like he may have been hit by the right hand on the way down as well mate. It's impossible to tell from the angle, but there's a loud thudding sound which suggests it caught something.I’m talking about the reaction of the Japanese kid and the fact it looked like he was barely grazed?
Floyd is clowning and not throwing anything until Tenshin lands a nice counter at 1.17.People react differently to shots, it also looks like he tried too hard to stay up and ended up losing balance more. He's hit cleanly on all 3 KD's, I'd sooner put it down to just reacting weirdly to being hit like he's never been hit before, and being out of his weight class. Floyd doesn't bang, but he times well enough, and hits you sharply.
I don't see a fix at all. Makes no sense. It's not like Floyd would ever be the underdog, and the moment Tenshin tried anything, Floyd's ego would get in the way and he'd want to take him out. Floyd is just doing his version of the seniors circuit in tennis right now, it's just fun and (really) easy money for him.
I think some people have missed the right hand on the first knockdown. It sounds like it landed flush as Tenshin was already on his way down on the canvas.Yeah, I just don't understand how anyone can think this is a fix. People do stupid shit when hit in the head. Look at Zab Judah etc.
I've seen another angle (I think on /r/boxing) where he does get hit behind the head, his neck flexes fully then he just loses his legs. On that angle, seemed legit, weird fall, but I've seen far more suspect.Do you think he gets hit on the first knockdown? Doesn’t look like it to me.
