Who ranks higher all time? I say Floyd is the better fighter (more skilled), while Pacquiao is the greater fighter (better resume and accomplishments).

Hard to say. Floyd was more strategic with his career, Pac did what people thought would be impossible...probably full of PEDs though. I'd say Pac had a more memorable career, Floyd is more skillfull though

Pac's three best opponents were the version of Morales who beat him, the version of Mayweather who beat him and the version of Bradley from the second fight who shoulda had another W over him, imo. Mayweather's three best opponents was Pac, Castillo and Corrales and he won all of them, but one was real close and so he had to handle him decisively in a rematch, the other he pasted the dude and with Pac he did what some people still can't understand or handle. Plus, $ never lost in beating the greatest fighter between the two (Pac) and Pac runs around losing to guys that people don't even know at some points-even up to recently with Horn.

Alvarez now and Alvarez then is the same fighter. Look it up. It's on Boxrec and Google if you need help. Floyd beat a 154, 160, 168, 175 pound champion. A guy from Super Featherweight. Dammit, that's why his name is a damn symbol. $.
