Let’s have some rules regarding Twitter. I think it’s useful contributing to some threads some tweets, but it can’t be your only contribution. We can not have thread after thread where certain users only contribution is tweets.

Funny how you suddenly came up with that idea after Twitter cracked down on misinformation spread by people that until now had been exempt from following community guidelines because of their status. It almost seems like the usual tactic of just piling lie upon lie, until people stop bothering debunking the bullshit, has been hampered by being denied the use of platforms that allowed that non-sense to be posted fast and in overwhelming volume. Guess the usual liars on here need to work a little harder to post bullshit that appears to have a source other than their delusional minds

It's just awful to read, it's the forum equivalent of people writing their name in shit on a toilet cubicle. Quoting proper sources and something which will add to the discussion is fine, but what they're doing is different. They're purposefully spamming threads with unfunny memes and quotes from people on Twitter with 8 followers, not in the attempt to do anything other than dominate threads.

These things aren't even meant to add anything positive. They aren't attempting to do anything other than drown out people who they don't like. It's taking obfuscation to extreme levels, their only attempt is to spoil threads by bombarding it with ugly shit.

The mods and owners here have to decide what they want the forum to be. When people remember ESB or the early days of CHB, they don't reminisce over the times when losers spammed the forum with shit memes. If they want CHB to be a discussion forum which promotes debate, they have to make a stand against this, otherwise the forum will just die because good posters don't want to see that shit. It's like going to a public debate and having the clown sat next to you fire off their airhorn whenever the person they don't like starts to speak. It's childish and goes against forum etiquette.

It’s not true. I’ve pulled up one particular user on this before when he was spamming a discussion using copy and paste.

If you can’t articulate your own position in your own words then you have no business in a debate.

When did you ever speak out against users contributing with nothing more than tweets and memes mocking users opposing Trump?

No point in debating anything with people that will not acknowledge facts and simply pile on misinformation and distort cherry picked pieces of information to burry their opponent with the burden of debunking it. I'm perfectly fine with counter-mocking them, since they'll never ever partake in a honest discussion. It's just icing on the cake when they whine about it.

I should point out that the person most guilty posting just tweets is your little right wing buddy weeshaw, who's spam now accounts for ~50% of the British boxing forum.

Ditto in the lounge posting videos that no-one else gives a damn about.

In a thread about socialism before Xmas, go look it up.

Don’t generally get involved with trump, but freedom of speech is something which crosses my radar so I got involved.

I haven’t come across that, but let’s clean CHB up and report it

Do you have a link to the thread in question? Preferably to the posts direct?

As a guideline - don't spam shit. But I'm not playing thought police one way or the other for any side.

The fact is the forum is a complete clusterfuck and people are leaving en--masse while the other forum laughs at the state of this place.

That's not even a political thing, just how it is.

@Jay , how do you see the state of things here?

I know you are struggling but read the opening post. Spark discussion is fine.spamming is wrong.

Listen it’s your forum and if you are happy with threads working in that way fine, I take a different view.

Looks like the moderators agree with you so that’s the end of the matter, feel free to carry on spamming threads.

It completely dominates (and has ruined) the forum. You could start a thread about the weather and it would quickly descend into a moronic spam fest because of these low IQ, barely literate imbeciles. The training thread appears to be about the only place that is safe, but other than that, no one with a functioning brain is going to want to post on here anymore.
