3-0 GGG

Rolls is bashing up GGG, but he's just not doing it enough. GGG keeps coming back with stronger shots, but GGG is definitely getting caught with the more eye-catching ones. He looks a bit confused in there. I don't think the new trainer was such a good idea. He's getting caught with shots he would once parry or block.
Golovkin might be SHOT
GGG looking good when in attack, but seems to being getting hit to head and body quite easily at the moment. not good for an aging fighter, no matter how good their chin is.
I think he got tired of taking those huge shots and reverted to his old self. He looked more awkward and tried to be more defensive-minded the first 3 it seems. He came out of his shell in the 4th, though. He needs to spend more time with Banks, but at this point in his career, time is something he doesn't have.
I missed the fight, but saw Golovkin in the ring post fight and he looked pretty busted up for a 4 round fight. Quite shocking. Anyways good play by play.

So what's the verdict? Has triple G slipped past the point of being a competitive fight for Powerpucher's GF?

He's clearly slower than in his prime, in terms of reflexes, but he's still doing very nice blocks & head slips. Folks saying he got hit a lot in this fight are giving Rolls WAY too much credit. (Though Rolls did show massive balls.)

Golovkin may have looked a little banged up at the end, but he really only took a handful of flush punches, and that's always been his way. He's still a huge threat to just about anyone, just not as crisp as he once was.

Looked like the same GGG to me. It was a lot easier to blow over guys who were afraid of him who didn't fight back. Once Rolls started to flinch and move backwards he walked right into that knockout punch.

Gotta say anyone who gets in his face and throws as good as they get will give him a tough night. It's not an easy task but as Canelo has shown it can be done. Other than Canelo and some really big MW like Jacobs I don't know if GGG would lose to anyone else.
