too many tv companies going hard in the uk combined with not enough good fighters. loads of people retiring or at the end of their career. hard to give a fuck about someone like brook before.

I like Cordina-Townend, and the two heavyweight fights could be fun in their own way. But yeah, the venue doesn't seem appropriate for this show.

Although I still expect it to sell well.

I hate it when they get an opponent that has already lost to a fighter the persons beat at least get someone random, Takam beat Gashi in 7 and then Chisora stopped Takam

Could he not build Kelly up properly in the northeast? Fuck sake man, him and Ritson in decent fights can be a regular fight night.

Anyway this card has banter, heavyweights and likely KOs. It’s as good as most Frank shows and way better than Maloney’s garbage.

Always. Former world champ (oh how they laughed and pointed) against some bloke just out of a chippy in Donny, should be an easy night's work for 'Big Daddy'.

I realise this post could cause me some embarrassment!
I saw some recent footage of him hitting the pads and, although he was criticised for looking slow, he also appeared to still be packing plenty of power. I know Allen has a reputation for an iron chin, but it'll be interesting to see what happens if Browne hits him with a flush power shot.

With Allen not having a great defence you'd expect Browne to be able to land clean without much problem, and Dave doesn't have a big punch to keep Browne honest.

If Browne has trained hard and took this seriously I wouldn't be surprised if he wins.

Card should be Chisora vs Browne and Allen vs Gashi, then the winners can fight each other in some sort of round robin. As it stand Chisora should bang out Gashi and Browne should beat Allen, it's heavyweight boxing though I suppose and anything can happen.
