How would you manage Anthony Crolla?

Crolla looks to be a free agent. Following on from his career best win, how would you manage him moving forward?

Which promoter would you sign with. Hearn, Warren or back with Hatton?
Do you push for the Ricky Burns fight at Lightweight?
Do you build at Lightweight with fights v Gethin, Mitchell, Mathews III, John Murray?
Do you step back to Super Featherweight and move forward from there?

Lightweight, get say 2-3 fights against domestic/fringe world level fighters, and then go for Burns if he's interested. Don't see the point in Crolla going for Burns now

Firstly, I would do absolutely nothing with him for 5 months. The kid needs a rest more than anything else.

I'd like to see him drop back down to super feather. The works scene at the minute is piss poor. I think he could potentially beat someone like Ednar Cherry which would put him right in the mix

I'd sign with Hearn and go straight for Burns in December, it's realistically his only chance at a world title opportunity, plus it being a domestic scrap it would be a big event and would secure him a nice payday and a load of experience. I know Eddies been criticized for doing this in the past but I don't think you can turn down opportunities like that

Doesn't he struggle to make 130, hence being at 135?

I don't know if its an option.

Sign with Hearn if he wants him.

Fight Marsili for the European would be my shout, be a tough fight but think one he could win. Then defend against Klimov and if he can get through both of them then Burns fight would be on the cards.

Crolla should push for the Burns fight but it shouldn't happen. It's the sort of fight Warren would be slaughtered if he made it.

If you're Crolla you go for the Burns fight and sign with Hearn. Where's the downside?

If he wins he's world champ and will get bigger money fights and if he loses Hearn will still provide him with fights against people like Mitchell, Derry and Coyle.

I'd give him a long rest, have him back out again in December.

If Derry beats Coyle then I'm sure the trilogy fight can be made, Mitchell? That's a winnable fight for Crolla, assuming Kevin has is on the slide, which is a possibility.

Sign with Hearn, fight Burns in December before he losese again. His only shot at a world title, big payday and a big domestic event. If/When he loses he'll still be relevant on the domestic scene and can be involved in fun fights with the likes of Kevin Mitchell

Give him to another promoter, gosssshhhh i am sick of these lower weight fighters.

Boxing needs MiddleWeights to Heavyweights, that's what will lift the sport.

Crolla won't be fighting Burns IMO, I would be looking at a Rees rematch if Gav is fighting on or a third match with Derry if he wins either of them put him in with Mitchell which would be a good scrap. I would not expect Crolla to win all those fights but if he did then put him in with Burns, putting him in with Burns next would be a farce, Burns would own Crolla.
