This was an excellent fight, but let's not forget, we are in Texas, Charlo's home state.
What's 40% of fuck all is what I'm asking Showtime...The punch stats were beyond ridiculous, even by Showtime standards.
Charlo landed 40% of his power punches? LMAO.
And Charlo coasted so they could turn in rigged cards. Here comes the lucrative rematch.
I really hate this fricking sport. Why oh why do I keep watching?
It's how easily Charlo conceded ground. The feint, jab, and he's backed up. The very few moments of success I considered Charlo to have were when he had genuine space to lever his combinations and get some good shot selection on the go. Charlo was eating Castano's right for dinner every time on those ropes. Very, very, very lucky to leave with his belts tonight. The annoucers a doing a great job of pretending that CHarlo's punches are landing. Well, that's their job.
Mexi, respectfully, I dunno what fight you're watching,
I'm telling you, we're watching a show, not a fight. Charlo's throwing from too far out, missing 95%, and when close he's looping his punches instead of driving down the middle. Ridiculous.....
Did you notice that Charlo said "I hurt him more than.....", and he change the subject rather than admit Caatano hurt him. Lol.I have to wonder how much longer Charlo is for 154. That weight cut can't be fun. Maybe it's just how small Castano is, but I just have a feeling he's can't do another fight at 154. Castano is not a big puncher, and he was really buzzing Charlo in there. Might be that weight cut...
