I really enjoyed the John Carmack one recently. Have been a huge fan of that guy for a long time. Like 25 years.

:hat
Yeah that would be a good one, I'll give that a go... who was the other guy in ID, Romero?

They were like legendary figures in the games industry.

Yeah those are the guys.

Carmack basically doesn't talk about ID at all, though. After he left the gaming industry, he got big into private rocketry. He talks a little about that, but it's mainly about virtual reality (he's been one of the head tech guys at Oculus Rift basically since the start.)

David Goggins. He's been on twice or maybe more but the one I listened to was excellent.

john anthony west - egypt
louis theroux - general stuff
lea rimini and david misgavage - scientology(2 diff episodes, they were close together)
brian cox and or neil tyson - science
miss pat - comedy ( i wrote bill burr then i remembered her episodes)
john grillo or ed calderon - cartels

i don't know if the lance armstrong one is really worth listening to if you already know his story.

if goggins motivates people then all good, i don't get it tho.

Theroux is superb on everything I've seen and heard him. I listened to the JRE interview not too long ago tho'.

Rimini one too, and on Sam Harris. Strong woman. Misgavage would be great and I didn't even realise he'd done one. He's a fucking lunatic, which always makes for great watching.

Cox and deGrasseTyson both very good, although I much prefer Cox's manners and method of presentation. Tyson seems like he revels in fame a bit too much at times but he seems a top cunt.

Don't know Miss Pat but I will have a listen.

Anything regarding cartels will be a chilling but compulsive listen.

I know the Armstrong story but the act of real redemption is always good viewing.

Cheers
