Reading Taylor’s record after 16 fights is mad.

Ignore my Scottish bias and look at it for what it is, it’s insane.

Lovely fella time I met him too in old sportsters bar in Edinburgh.

Never thought he would turn out this good though.

This weight division is bang average isn’t it?
It's not as deep as some divisions, but Taylor, Ramirez, Prograis are quality, Postol is still good, and Baranchyk and Relikh are decent.

Looking at the divisions heavy, light heavy, super middle, middle, welter, light, bantam, and super fly are probably all better, but it's comparable with the rest.

Hainey will probably move up soon, Lopez and Garcia probably will too at some point, so that would help, but the division will have lost some of the top guys by then anyway.

Hopefully they can sort out the Catterall situation.

I think it depends on two things.

1. How long before they schedule Taylor Ramirez. If its soonish then Catterall might be happy enough to wait if they give him some step aside or an easy fight on the undercard.

2. Catterall and Warren's attitude to risk. They can force the mandatory, hope to beat Ramirez, and try get a good share of a big fight against Taylor.

Or, they could have an agreement that whoever wins out of Taylor - Ramirez vacates straight after. Warren can then arrange one of his classic vacant WBO title fights.
