Not sure this happens but would be a great fight to have on the undercard of Fury/Wilder II.
Absolutely!

I reckon Ortiz is a couple of levels better than Joyce in terms of ability, but I have a suspicion that Joyce both hits really hard and has a ridiculous chin on him. It doesn't matter how terrible your technique is, you're gonna be a problem if you have those two things.

Sam Jones isn’t courageous but he is so desperate to be noticed. Funniest thing about last weekend was him leaning behind Joyce to get in the shot during the post-fight interview.
It's media talk from Joyce's team regarding this Ortiz fight, listen to recent Abel Sanchez interviews he saying Joyce will be ready for World level end of next year.

Get the feeling Abel doesn't truly rate Joyce either, just taking him for a easy paycheck. Abel is not as glowing about Joyce like he when talks about GGG or Gassiev either, there's genuine passion from Abel when speaking about those two.

Yep. Hes a wooden top. Very strong durable and dedicated, but ultimately a big stiff idiot.

I reckon he could look to take on Joseph Parker which would be an easier big name fighter in a lead up to taking on Whyte. Joe looked like shit in his last fight.

I think that Parker beats him. Probably more likely to see him fight the likes of Arreola or Washington. I’d also be interested in him vs Michael Hunter Jr.

Ortiz is slow. Joyce is slower. Joyce is not prepared to take on a fighter of Ortiz' ilk. He'd be better off fighter someone like Amir Monsour. Ortiz will break his spirit forever.

He was stopped in 1 by Kuzmin, but he got up to be fair, and one KO loss does not mean your chin is poor, but it certainly suggests it's not a ridiculous McCall like chin.
