“We all”?

I think he’s a horrible cunt

Although it’s interesting how you put it, you love him because he “rides roughshod over all the pansies” he obviously appeals to lots of knuckleheaded young males with a testosterone excess, even when half of the jibbering conservative masses are more than likely “pansies” themselves, probably just like you

There was literally not a thing in there that was murder. I'm assuming this was the late 2000s; these kills fell under the rules of engagement at the time.

To quote one of my favorite things Pompey Magnus said to Cato in "Rome": "calm yourself, Cato; you lack knowledge of things military."
Have you seen the video where they kill children?

But I’m right aren’t I?

What an extraordinary analogy, you love Trump because he shows up those pansies, he’s one of you, you’re just like him, all big, tough & Alpha, you show them pansies who’s boss, just like Antifa? it really is a strange, warped narrative that you provide

I suppose it actually does give young men with very little confidence & too much machismo some kind of hope, I think that’s what he’s provided for you

The cell phone. People with cell phones and radios were valid targets when I was there. They use them to spot for indirect fire or detonate IEDs.
I've literally have a guy pull out two hand grenades on me on a checkpoint and I didn't shoot him because I could see the splits were still in. Your statement just confirms my prejudice, that american soldiers on deployment stop being military craftsmen and turn into fucking safari tourists instead.

So eight or so probable civilians were gunned down in their own country because one of them had a mobile phone, something that six billion people in the world have, while the US have the country at war!? Kolya, I’m not going to pretend that you’re responsible, I believe that you’re a good man who’s gallantly put yourself in aweful situations to serve your country and won’t try and belittle your beliefs, I believe men like yourself are honourable. I do not, however, believe that gunning down a group of civilians, due to one of them having a mobile phone, is acceptable.

Understand that our ROE is extremely strict. One of the guys we fought favorite thing to do was have their children stand around them while they spotted. They did it because they realized that none of us were willing to kill someone in front of their kids, or risk hitting a kid. So all we could do was sit there and brace to take mortar fire, because we couldn't take out the spotter.

I have no idea what the context of this video is. I have no idea if a ground element had just hit an IED or been in some other form of contact; and this group was in the wrong place at the wrong time. That lack of context is why I'm not worked up over it; particularly because I'm not an aviator. I have no idea what they were seeing when this was happening.

Dude, if we could be safari tourists, Afghanistan would be unpopulated.

I'm guessing almost all civilians have cell phones.
How about AKs and RPGs? I got curious because I thought I recalled this video being misleading; and this is what I got. Fuckface Assange admitting the dudes were armed.

WikiLeaks said in the preface to one of their videos of the incident that "some of the men appear to have been armed [although] the behavior of nearly everyone was relaxed" in the introductory text of the shorter video.[36]Julian Assange said "permission to engage was given before the word 'RPG' was ever used".[36] Politifact states: "When Assange points out in the context of justifying the title 'Collateral Murder' that the word 'RPG' was not used until after permission to engage was given, he leaves the impression that the soldiers were given the okay to open fire on a group of unarmed men, or men believed to be unarmed. But the video and accompanying audio make clear that the soldiers in the helicopter said they spotted 'weapons' among those in the group—later identified by an internal army investigator as an AK-47 and an RPG."[37] Assange later acknowledged "Based upon visual evidence, I suspect there probably were AKs and an RPG, but I'm not sure that means anything".[23] Assange stated that initial attempts to evacuate the wounded children to a nearby U.S. military hospital were blocked by U.S. military command.[38] The legal review carried out by the U.S. Army states that the two children were evacuated to the 28th Combat Support Hospital via Forward Operating Base Loyalty, then transferred to an Iraqi medical facility the next day.[14]

Here's some context for you.

You invaded their country, they had a right to bear arms and defend themselves ( You Americans love that line) so then anyone with a mobile phone became fair game because it could be used as a remote detonator.

You don't lose any sleep over it because you guys were just doing your job.

That about right ?

Pretty much. I certainly only lose sleep over one thing at night, personally speaking.

Honestly I've always been impressed by W's reflexes here. That head movement; he definitely could have boxed when he was younger.
And look how quickly he computes the opponent's angles, velocity and feint. Got him totally mapped after one shoe and knows he can just fend off the rest with his glove. George W. "White Walker" Bush.
