If I put them all on the poll it would be too long so I did a shortlist of 5 of the best KO's I remember seeing this year so which one do you guys rate as the best out of the list? And let me know in the comments if you prefer another one that I didn't include in the poll.

At one point in the year it looked like we wouldn't get any more fights after April so credit to everyone involved in the sport who worked hard to put together Covid-free venues and put the shows on and make it accessible to us on the telly, it was a great effort and certainly helped with being locked down.

Many great ones not on the poll, for sure:

Joe Smith Jr vs Eleider Alvarez. - Through the ropes, no less.

Jermell Charlo vs Jeison Rosario.

Ryan Garcia vs Francisco Fonseca.

Apti Davtaev vs undefeated John Napari.

Julian Rodriguez vs Anthony Laureano.

------------------

But I have to vote for Povetkin, since it was such an important fight, and because it completely turned the result around.

Still, the one that put the biggest smile on my face was Smith Jr.
Oh yes....

Povetkin by a mile. Textbook. Slipped the jab, step to the left, feint and then the uppercut. Whyte was never getting up from that.

Don't think I'll ever get tired of seeing this one.
I agree with you on Povetkin, what I don't really agree with you on is you keeping the dog over there. Can I have her for three days a week? I'll pay flights. She's gorgeous.
tbh, she isn't a fan of flying. We had to do it once, lot of turbulence on that ride. She was scared of her crate for a good couple weeks after that, which is normally where she goes when she's scared.

I'll pick her up on the boat. We can listen to the piano players on the trawl across the Atlantic. She'll enjoy the music, and I'll have plenty of food for her. Dogs are better than humans, that gorgeous dog of yours included.

That, basically is why boxers get paid millions to fight. Get smacked around the head for a job.

You seen this one, Dynamic. Worth a look. It was on our normal TV.

I'll check it out tomorrow, headed to bed soon.

Here's the Top Rank selection

I always like these videos. Zepeda's knockout is in here, I forgot how long Baranchyk was out. I wouldn't argue with anybody who thought Zepeda's knockout was better than Povetkins.

Got around to checking this one out. The 12th round was amazing.
Flights booked. I'm coming for her. Please tell Mrs Dynamic. Can I have her for a month? She can have steak every day or chicken or whatever she wants.
She's been getting chicken, fish, and pork lately, holidays and all. We got to cut it out, had to give her some Benadryl today. She is uncomfortable and itchy, poor girl. Back to kibble for a bit.
Her birthday is on January 7th, she'll be 8. Going to have to run out and get her another antler.[/QUOTE]

It's my birthday 5th January. We can celebrate together.

That dog is better fed than I am, seriously. God love her. I'm coming for her.

I would probably go Povetkin because it was so surprising, so well set up, and was against the run of play.

Wouldn't argue with Tank or Zepeda though.
