Sergey Kovalev was removed from a flight at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport bound for Los Angeles International Airport.

The incident, which took place on July 15th, saw Kovalev taken off the flight after a female passenger accused him of grabbing her hand and kissing her, and throwing cash at her. He is also being alleged to have been involved in a heated argument with several passengers.

According to a report obtained by The Athletic, the woman was crying and told airline personnel that she felt “uncomfortable and not safe.” And the boxer was removed from the plane for “improper behavior.” There was no arrest and the incident is not being investigated.

Kovalev had a legal issue surface earlier this year, when it was revealed that plaintiff Jamie Frontz filed an $8 million lawsuit against the boxer - alleging that she suffered injuries from Kovalev after rejected his advances at a party held earlier in the evening on date in early June of 2018.

The boxer entered a Not Guilty plea during a court appearance last August and the case is still ongoing.

I have a very difficult time imagining Kovalev (or anyone for that matter) actually grabbing and kissing someone on a plane. You don't get removed for nothing obviously so I'll have to assume his behavior was way out of line though.

I guess that'd be the only explanation.

Big difference, too, between telling personnel that you feel "uncomfortable and not safe" and rumours that she accused him of grabbing her hand and kissing her, and throwing cash at her.

Seriously? There's literal footage of Sacha Baron Cohen exposing his cock to a flight attendant, ffs. Nothing's out of bounds for a guy with some ambition.
