Last ruling final nail in coffin for Broner?

It seems like a return to the projects and an application for welfare is almost imminent at this stage?
Whatever assets he has left he's going to be forced to liquidate them to pay for everything I think?
On the other hand Al Haymon somehow manages to fetch millions for his fighters per fight so if he actually applied himself for a handful of fights he might actually have a second chance and dig himself out this hole.

Say what you want about Broner but he's never been knocked out and tough as nails. Great conditioning too -went the full 12 with Pac easy and stood right in front of him. Unlike Thurman..
