Yo @Tuff Gong have you ever used vinyl destination to buy any records?
I came across their website recently and thought they were reasonably priced with a big selection and user friendly site.
Based in Melbourne with plenty of savings on tunes right now.
I put in a big order over the long weekend.
Not all of it was in stock but should be here in 10 to 15 days.
Postage is free on orders over $100 or $5 per record.

Not sure actually, I may have bought from them on ebay, but I'll take a look at their site. Thanks for the heads up.

Not too long ago I would have said let’s not talk vinyl but I just got into collecting these things over the holidays. I probably have about 50-60 of them now. Found a few record stores around my area that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise.

Picked up Led Zeppelin II and Master of Puppets today. I don’t know why but the pic won’t upload.

Do you guys buy mostly new or used? I have a few used ones but they sound like shit. I think I’ll stick to buying new.

I prefer to buy new now, I've got enough used albums knocking about from my original collection.

Reissues are nice, especially on 180 gram coloured vinyl.

Record store day tomorrow.
Might go and have a look after work, if I’m not too knackered.
I wouldn’t mind a Stevie Wonder album if possible.
I may look for Trout Mask Replica, the Bob Dylan Blood on the Tapes and Fela Kuti & Roy Ayers reissue. But the only independent record shop closed down here (did good business but rent was too high where it was) so not sure I can be arsed driving to a neighbour town that has it.

The good shops here are second hand records.

It’s the opposite over here I walked up the high street 5 minutes from home a few weeks back and saw a new record shop had opened up 2 doors down from another one that’s been there at least 3 years.
I popped in and out and thought what type of pretentious cunts would do that.
Hope they go broke.

Latest purchase, first in a while....Record Store Day 2019
There were some nice issues for record store day... Had my eye on this, the alternate version of blood on the tracks, the 13th floor elevators picture disc, the reissue of spacemen 3s performance.

Man, USPS media mail sucks ass. I ordered two records from the same seller within two minutes of each other and the second one took like ten days longer to arrive than the first did. I think I’ll stick to buying off amazon and local shops from now on.
