He wasn't too bad when he was a talented noob, now he's a talented knob. As time went by and he became more successful as a driver, he developed huge ego issues and delusions of possessing talents he doesn't have and of an intellect he could never acquire in ten lifetimes.

He's got some strange notion that he is a personality but he is somewhere around Nigel Mansell on that front. He's a dull motherfucker who mistakes faux eccentricity and flamboyance for being a character. He mistakes pretentious pronouncements for intellect and droned cliches for incisive observations.

I used to cheer him on when he broke onto the scene but year by year I've found him less likeable. He likes to compare himself to Ayrton Senna, who he claims was his hero. Off track, Senna was ten times the man he'll ever be and arguably twice the driver on the track. Senna quietly donated and raised millions for the poor and underprivileged of Brazil.

Hamilton has spent his money on houses, cars, private jets, diamond studs and session time in rapper's studios. Then jumped on a bandwagon driven by racists, shooting at imaginary injuns, through a country that doesn't exist, to a destination other than the one they claim they are taking everyone.

Senna was a deep individual where Hamilton is shallow. He was genuinely humble and God-fearing where Hamilton just invokes the name of God to sound humble and God-fearing. Senna was educated, philosophy-inclined and refined where Hamilton is thick cunt who likely uses his cutlery like a yank. And the little runt is a total phoney, with his walker beards. He's the Simon Cowell of motorsport.

I did want him to surpass the repellent Schumacher's record but I've rethought that in light of Hamilton's racism and race baiting. And let's be clear, ANYONE supporting BLM is a combination of stupid, dangerous, racist, race-baiting and/or a lying cunt. They have been part of a situation that has set race relations in the western world back literally decades by waging war on a non-existent enemy peacefully co-existing and haven't made a whisper of complaint in one country anywhere in the world where genuine racism persists unfettered to this day.

Now, not only do I not want him to break the record, I don't care if he breaks his back and never walks or drives again. He can end up in the next cabbage bed to Schumi for all I care. It's not as if Schumacher will ever know his records have gone, any more than he'll know his life and everything in it has gone, so he may as well keep them.

I wonder what could have happened had the guy been physically stronger and able to resist the officer's takedown...
He would have been shot.

It's a beautiful livery;

Hoping he gets his 7th championship this year. Max will be dangerous though.
Agree.
Though from my limited understanding Max won't quite have the car to go the whole way.

Disagree. Car looks good to me. I don't understand that weird aerial looking thing between the the front wheels though

Don't forget he grew up in the ghetto.

Blue Peter at 5 and sponsored since by a bunch of racists.

Stevenage to Monaco. He is a fucking hero.

I never want him to break Schumachers records even though he will, Schumacher was a proper working class lad unlike Lewis(though he likes to pretend he is) and worked his way up through the ranks and did his time in poor cars along the way and had an incredible will to win, even if it meant taking out other drivers something which nobody calls out Senna on but they slate Schumacher for it. Schuey's fine by me. Great driver, arguarbly the greatest.

Taking out other drivers to win is so far from a positive trait it's laughable. Hamilton is more proven in that he's got one of the best h2h resumes in F1. Schumy, on the other hand, had easy team mates in comparison. Lewis also worked his way up in the ranks by winning everything and looking like a beast before joining F1, he was so highly regarded, and still is, that he always finds himself wanted by the very best teams.

Schumacher arguably shouldn't even have 7 titles. Hill should have one of them.

And how is Lewis not a working class lad? Didn't his father work multiple jobs just to have enough?

Just for reference here are the costs for entry level single seaters

F3 Championship: 350-400K
F3 Scholoship: 200-250k
Formula Renault: 150k
Formula Ford Snr: 120k
Formula Ford Jnr: 85k
Formula Zip: 65k.

Pulled it off a forum so not sure just how accurate it is. That's a pretty large barrier to entry. If were talking g working class people your looking at some serious sacrifices being made by families to get a kid into just formula ford.

There are several drivers that have come out of that background on grids now but I just dont see it continuing in the future,

The bottom line is just about everyone needs funding now, it's a part of the game

Given how good Lewis is I’m sure by the time he started to get to those levels he would have had sponsors.
Of course his parents would have sacrificed a lot though.

Lewis was signed by Mclaren at 13. He's a classic example of sheer talent pushing him through the ranks before being poached by a wealthy team, propelling him even higher.

Some of the criticism Lewis gets can only be attributed to pure ignorance.
