It tastes great either way pal. Water suites me, even cold if I'm in a real hurry. :good
I can't stand milk on its own, but love it on corn flakes and in hot chocolate (9 parts milk, 1 part choc). I have since stopped liking hot chocolate made with water as much. I guess I spoilt myself with the high life.

Had a cup of Camp coffee today (every Sunday) made with milk. Gorgeous!!!

In a deplorable basket
I like a light sauce/gravy with my liver......but in truth, I’ll put whatever you put in front of me!

Lamb’s liver and kidneys are fucking epic. I too am glad that people are squeamish about them.....they’re as cheap as chips.
Fucking kidneys, devilled or in a creamy, buttery-mustard sauce with plenty of parsley. De-fucking-lish.
Did lambs liver today, as per the recipe above, but with small, crunchy, roast potatoes rather than mash. Shitloads of onions, some smoked bacon, beans, broccoli smothered in that cream, balsamic, mushroom, flat leaf parsley and ground peppercorn sauce. Fucking tremendous.

My Dad always buys full fat milk. If him and my Mum drop me any food off at my place when they visit (they always do, they think I'm still an 18 year old student) my Dad always buys me the strong milk instead of the semi-skimmed stuff. I can't tell the difference because I only have it in drinks and on corn flakes, not neat.

I'm not bothered for cream at all though, Ali. That stuff's fucking awful.

I bought some lambs liver last week after reading your recipe. Unfortunately when I got home it was lamb kidneys with the stones in. Couldn't deal with it.

Ronno, have you ever tried Dutch Stamppot or Hutspot? You'd love that shit. Proper winter food. Ask @junior-soprano about the Dutch obsession with the stuff. I worked in the Netherlands for a year and was introduced to it there. It reminds me so much of crispy Autumn and Winter nights.

Fucking epic.

I just knocked up a quick nasi goreng for breakfast. Fucking spicy but a cold beer takes the edge off it. That's chilli sauce, not ketchup.

The egg was runny and fairly crispy but should have been even crispier. Fucking good tho’

Mushroom and tomato pasta with chillies, garlic and Encona. The pasta isn't really that white. Cheese on top to match my persona.

So up I trots at sparrow farts this morning to the local newsagents for her Daily Mail ahead of an early training session. How you doing, fine thanks, how's yer father, what about this rain eh, blah blah blah. Would I like some noodles? I'm okay mate, ta. They're free. Oh yes please mate, lovely..

Turns out he has a load of packets of barbecue beef ones, sell by date just expired. Gonna get chucked, he says. Normally a pound, he says (Batchelors see, the poawsh ones). I'll take em off your hands, I says. All fifteen packets.

She rolls her eyes when I walks in. But she wasn't turning down a couple of spoonfuls when I cooked em up, oh noo..

Fuck Rashford, it's free meals at Ant's too. :yep

The Sun and a Liverpool scarf?
About a year eighteen months ago the Sun had a promotion where they were literally giving the paper away free. You just went into the shop, bought whatever it is you were buying and they'd say would you like a free Sun? It went on for about a month and then it recurred a few weeks later. Bloody brilliant. Now that's what I call an offer! It never disappointed with the witty and lurid headlines, my only criticism being they'd pulled the page three girls which I always thought brightened up the morning. We were quite disappointed when the offer ended. They've not repeated it since, hopefully they will.

Fuck, I haven't read the Sun for years. It could be okay. Last time I bought the Sun was Spice Girls era better than Page 3 their pics. My Dad buys the Daily Mirror, now that's a shit paper.
