Can't beat the classic "PB&J" sandwich. Or better yet, go with the "Elvis Presley Special" of grilled or fried peanut butter and banana sandwich. Simple to make by putting peanut butter on one slice of bread, mashed bananas on the other slice, put them together and melt a bit of butter in a pan and brown the bread like you would a grilled cheese sandwich.
Had the PBB today. I warmed the bread and added a tiny drizzle of honey and some cinnamon. Awesome.Was thinking of trying PB and banana. Will try this and report back.

Came across a discarded 25kg sandbag at some roadworks yesterday and made up a homemade training pack using an old army kit bag. Just had a great session with it. Slung down a protein shake followed by some mackerel on toast.

The sweetness of the condensed milk troubles me slightly......but I’d try anything.Saw one really odd recipe on a Youtube video recently. Tinned sardines with condensed milk!
Yeah I was like that's not going to work but apparently it's good. I'm going to give it a try and some point, fry the sardines in some cornflour to make them crispy then make a dip with condensed milk and hot sauce. I'm out of cornflour at the moment and can't find any at the supermarkets right now. But once I do I'll let you guys know if it's actually good or as horrid as it sounds lol.
I like this idea, fish, rice and peas... quick simple and clean.
