I mean it was the logical thing to do once Dubois/Cojanu and Gorman/Leapai fell apart, but fair play to Frank for sorting this out. Cojanu still gets a payday, a half-blind Leapai doesn't have to take a beating, and we ultimately end up with a better matched fight for Warren's PPV.

Hope Gorman looks good, as he is a really fluid fighter when he's at his best, and looks a more natural boxer than Dubois. Smothers his own work at times and I feel he could be in better shape (and I don't mean shredded, just a little leaner), but when he is at the mid range and mixing up his attacks he looks really good.

I didn't hear why Leapai pulled out, but I'm glad Gorman-Leapai didn't happen. I suspect provided Leapai can get by the doctor he will bob up somewhere else soon. He will probably go back to calling out Lucas Browne.
