The evidence is pretty damning. It's also circumstantial, but highly suspicious and when it's all taken together it points strongly to the parents. I hope this documentary does not skim over some of the most damning stuff.

Castle Duckula.
If the doc says that the parents left Maddie in a apartment alone with other children while they went out and had a meal then yes they are entirely at fault for her disappearance and were involved withe tragedy.

I reckon Gerry moved it in the Renault Scenic he rented and disposed of her body...
But where and why hasn't it been found ? Remember they were on holiday, they wouldn't know the lay of the land as if it were their home town.

Did he have a shovel or access to a boat ?

I believe the McCanns had friends in the area.
I've heard the theory that Gerry may have stored her body in a chest freezer and the body may have began to thaw out in the Scenic (hence the cadaver dogs picking up a scent in the vehicle) when he returned to move her body.

Always keen on a good true crime ,who dunnit and have given this one some attention. But have found it extremely confusing and have thus far drawn a blank in the way of a conclusion.

There is little doubt the parents were negligent, at the every least. But whether they did it - and the overdosed with a sedative theory isn't a bad fit - is so hard to prove. If it wasn't they would have been locked up years ago.

From memory the police did very poorly investigating. Particularly in the first few hours when diligence is so imperative.

I'm expecting 14 pages on this one, not 14 posts.

We need to up our collective games.

Yes, I believe so. I reckon they accidentally killed her by over sedating her.
There was an accident I think however, not by an overdose of a sedative. These are top notch doctors, that mistake wouldn't have been made in my opinion by both of them.
