Just sorting my diet plan as I’ve just been tracking roughly. Two weeks in now, no scales so not sure on the drop this week but I can definitely tell the bodyfat is dropping. Got a leg session tonight and 25mins stepper and then next week stepper will go upto 30mins a session, really need to get some headphones.
