Didn't do shit. I do upper/lower days, so there's no point really doing anything else as my second upper day of the week is tomorrow. Throws me off sync if I do it on different days.Does that mean you done another body part instead or just done fuck all?
At least when i skip leg day i do something else around 3% of the time.
To be fair I've been working 12 hours at work everyday this week so the motivation to go to the gym in general just hasn't been there. Just a minor blip though, I've been consistent enough for the past 8ish months to have some down time.
Not like I'm even missing out on any gains anyway with my poverty test levels. Takes me about a year to gain half a mm on any body part.
