Mostly he was stretching he did a bit of benching with 60kg there's a vid on the gym page I'll try link. He did cardio and then some more stretching.. He has signed up here so I guess I'll see him all the time now. Johny nelson is always here too.
Did his cardio look intense, like harder than you'd expect a gym goer to be able to push?

I'm guessing it was high light day like a active deload or something, looker like zero effort at all just what looked to be a warm up on the bike and some stretching. Can't lie though I feel a little disappointed he seemed a bit grumpy tbh, I asked if he fancied the price vs Allen winner and he looked at me like I'd kicked his dog. Im a big fan of his so was a bit crap where as I can't stand Billy Joe Saunders and he was super nice when I had a pic with him.

That's some vascularity you have there. What you reckon your body fat percentage is at now?
Not sure to be honest but it's dropping fairly well at the minute, I'm eating a lot of basa fish and I think that's contributing well. If I had to guess I'd say maybe 12%. I have my obliques coming out now which for me is a sign I'm leaning up. My lower back is the most stubborn place but that's common I think

Never meet your heroes. Tbh BJS has that sort of open and social personality, Chisora certainly doesn't.

Fuck, Del boy is big. Obviously he has a jacket on, but can still tell he's a unit. Kinda annoying there's people like that who are just big without properly trying. Clearly he trains but he's not on any bodybuilding or hypertrophy routine.
Tbh in a t shirt he wasn't as big as I expected at all. When I asked for a pic he was just putting his t shirts and jackets on and it made him look a lot bigger. He's tall as though. Im 6ft and he was a lot taller than me. I'd imagine standing next to fury would look insane or Joshua. Yeah I think chisora is one of those guys you have to catch at the right time, seems very up and down in interviews for example. It's going to be interesting seeing him in the gym over the next few weeks and watching how he trains.

He's definitely a unit. His hands are almost as long as your legs ffs.

Squats today, went fine, front squats were a bit tough, was struggling to keep my delts up to create a shelf at this weight, so bar was pressing on my collar bone at times. Everything else went as planned.

Squats 1x3 @84kg / 2x2 @94kg / 3x1 @100kg
Front Squats 5x4 @76kg
Single Leg Extensions 3x12 @24kg
GHR's 3x15
Paused BB Calf Raises 3x12 @15 superset with Ab work

Front squats are the devil, keeping elbows In and up is a real struggle when it gets heavy

Genuinely curious what his lifts will be like. Where are you based? In Sheffield right? I assume he has a trainer there now?
The gym is In Rotherham so I think coldwell is training him but yesterday he was with his strength and conditioning coaches. I'll try stalk him a bit if I see him in their and let you know how he trains

Just done legs.

RDL 10x10@66kg
Goblet Squats 10x10@20kg
Reverse Lunge 3x8@26kg
Kneeling Squats 3x8@26kg

I don't track my workouts weekly, well I do but I don't keep a log. I just write down what weights I'll go for next week, but it feels like I've made shit loads of progress on RDL lately. My ROM isn't the best with it due to flexibility but it's the same range I have with just the bar so it doesn't concern me.

Goblet Squats are likely staying at that weight until I buy the next dumbell set up, but I'm getting deeper each week with them so I count it as progress still.

I said this after my last workout but theoretically speaking I'm so close now to my strongest ever period in life and I'm doing it all from home using high sets, maybe creatine is the difference, maybe it's just natural progression over a long time, I don't really care that much, I love it.

Aesthetically I look pretty good imo and I live a non restrictive lifestyle, but I never really dreamt my lifts would get back in the ball park they once where. Obviously I use calculators to compare now but again I don't give a shit, everyone reckons they're accurate so I'm sticking with it. But basically it reckons an RDL should be about 70% if your Deadlift. My RDL 1rm is 110, which puts my deadlift equivalent at 157.

Literally feel on top of the world right now.

3 mile easy run today in 25:49. Couldn't do it this morning so squeezed it in before my dinner tonight. I really just wanted a nap as was tired but dragged myself out, felt heavy legged and lethargic throughout the run, but glad I did it.

Getting a bit sick of cutting right now. Went to bed hungry last night despite having eaten some roast chicken, a banana, cheese and a biscuit at 10pm after my workout. Guess now I'm getting leaner my body is screaming out for calories. I've literally just had dinner but am still a bit hungry. I really need to stop watching Youtube videos about food it's giving me cravings.

Feeling you on that one. Im starting to feel my cut now. Its not been bad until this last week and I'm starting to get the shakes with it a little too. I'll stick it out another week then have a good refeed then go again. Do you include refeeds
