Just ordered my natural test boosters from Amazon and ebay there :(

I posted about this a while back and definitely did notice a small difference. Basically I studied (2 mins reading up) natural test boosters, also looked at the key ingredients in all the most popular test booster pills then ordered all the ingredients separate. It's a more expensive outlay but a much longer supply and it's not actually expensive...under $50 for around 3 months worth in most of it.

D-aspartic acid
Fenugreek
Zinc
Trubulus Terrestris
DHEA

So all healthy and natural, despite some of the names. Can't do any harm.
Quit being a pussy and get

Test
Anavar
Tren

But on a serious note never tried it but my mate was praising that d aspartic acid the other day. Mandy gonna be looking like Hugh jackman soon

Yeah, the gym I go is full of roiders, at a commercial gym I feel like I look great but at the one I go I look pretty average and I can honestly say I put more effort in than a good 99peecent of them so it can be frustrating. But you're bang on with what you say, a few of my mates use and it always started with them saying they'll only low dose test, a year later and they're banging all sorts, a lot can't come off because they'll lose a lot of the gains. I see roids the same as any other drug so it surprises me how common use is and it surprises me even more how accepting lasses seem to be about it, like it's an obvious drug addiction yet so many lasses just seem cool with it.
It absolutely is a drug addiction imo. And used right you will look better, you'll train harder, you'll smash all your pbs.

But as soon as you come off it all goes.

I imagine it's like a time dilated stint on cocaine tbh. You'll feel like superman for a bit but the comedown will be awful. And the only way to regain the feeling is to get back on it again.

But you'll always have to come off at some point meaning the downer will be unavoidable.

You have to look into therapy cycling and all sorts. I just don't see a long term upside.

Motivation at an all-time low. I have no running goals lined up, i.e races.

I came home from work all pumped to go running, went upstairs got into my running gear, did a comprehensive stretching routine. Walked downstairs went to grab my running shoes, and as I did, a wave of 'I couldn't be arsed' came over me.

I'm now sitting on the couch watching tv instead.

Cos you run too far, man.

I can go out for a run and be back in around 30 mins, give or take a few mins depending on fitness, and be absolutely fucked. Just by incorporating sprints into it.

What are you doing for a decent workout, 8 miles or so...over an hour? Too long, man.

I do intervals.

I was meant to go do an interval session now. 30 mins it would have taken me, maybe.

That's one of the biggest myths with gear I think. If you do a cycle of just test at a sensible dosage, you won't blow up crazily. Gains from 3 months on 400mg of Test will be maintainable.

It's just the guys that go full retard and put as much into their bodies as they can. Of course they go well beyond their natural limits and won't be able to sustain it. Thus the never ending cycle begins.

It's all about being smart, sensible and reasonable. I know guys who have kept it sensible, did 2 or 3 cycles and have kept everything. They even continue to gain off cycle would you believe.

It's a complete myth that you lose all your gains once you come off cycle. Yes, you will lose some size and strength off cycle compared to on, but as long as you continue to train and eat properly then this won't be that much and you will still be bigger and stronger than you were before you started.

When I say it all goes what I mean is once you're off it, you won't be as big or as strong as when you are on it. And that's why people continue to cycle because they want to be that strong again.

Did sprints for the first time this year 8 rounds of 200m. Felt pretty good, I felt like I was going pretty fast, at least for me, next time I'll actually bother to take a watch with me and time my sprints.

Yeah you're right. But anyone that doesn't anticipate that is an idiot and deserves to get addicted tbh.

Although I would say, if someone like Craig was to do a test cycle, I really think he would keep all the gains minus any water weight. Clearly he knows how to eat and train, but also has almost elite tier natty genetics which is a big factor as well when coming off.

Someone like me, with my poverty genetics would come off and struggle to maintain. One cycle would probably push me beyond my beta natty limits tbh.

Lower power there.

Squats were tough, man. Had an extra 5lb on but felt a lot more. I have managed to cut some BW so maybe that's it. I reckon I'll keep the same weight next time...or maybe not, actually...it's not supposed to be easy and i still got the bar up, I guess.

DLs went great. What a fuckin difference wraps make, man. Extra 5lb on the bar and i done an extra rep on all 4 sets, compared to last time. Also upped weight and reps on my RDLs and bench step ups (holding plates) all thanks to these wraps.

Finished with some weighted squat jumps.

Also done 3x2 minute planks. Still harder on my shoulders than my abs, tbh.

Followed by a 5 egg white omelette with peppers, spring onion, cheese and chili with two slices of toast - under 500kcals and over 40g protein.

What's this 5lb business?
