Tbh I just use it as a means of comparing weights when I switch up my rep range.I never found any rep calculator to ever be very accurate. For example the rep calculator for the GZCL app I'm using always underestimates my 1 rep max. In the previous weeks when I'm doing higher rep maxes it uses that to calculate my 1 rep max but it's always below my actual max.
You never know your true max until you try it.
I don't really care what my real 1RM is, stuff like that comes down to how well I slept or what time I last ate, it's a fluid thing imo.
